Also, make sure to us the mobile version Audio Hub to set the SuperAmp to the correct mode for your console (PS4 or Xbox One) or to PC Mode if you're using it on a PC.

You may need to re-pair the Bluetooth to any devices it was connected to before the update. Click OK and you can close the Audio Hub, disconnect the SuperAmp from the PC, and reconnect it to your console for use. This is what you just did, so there's no need to do that again. Once completed, you may see a dialog saying If firmware is out of date, connect USB while holding the Bluetooth button. Do not turn off the computer or disconnect the SuperAmp from the computer. The palm tree icon on the SuperAmp should be flashing red.ħ) You should see a dialog box asking UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE TO THE LATEST VERSION? Click Yes.Ĩ) Allow the update to proceed without interruption. DO NOT connect the other end of the USB cable to the computer (yet).Ĥ) With one hand, press and hold down the Bluetooth button on the side of the SuperAmp.ĥ) While still holding down the Bluetooth button, with the other hand, take the unconnected (larger) end of the USB cable and connect it to a USB port on the computer running the Audio Hub app.Ħ) The Audio Hub should report that the SuperAmp is connected in Bootloader Mode (Bootloader Headset). The firmware update must be performed on a Windows or Mac computer.ģ) Connect the small end of the included USB cable to the SuperAmp's USB port. NOTE: The mobile version of the Turtle Beach Audio Hub cannot be used to update the headset's firmware. The mic monitoring slider also does the same thing. Also, the master volume slider controls party/game audio combination, not master audio. I really don’t think it should sound like that so if anyone knows a fix please let me know.

The Audio Hub can be found at the following link.ĭisconnect the SuperAmp from all connections.ĭownload and install the Audio Hub application onto your Windows PC or Mac computer. I tried updating it with the turtle beach audio hub app on my pc, but the headset was already up to date.
NOTE: This requires the use of the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This has the potential to clear up what you're experiencing.
